Join the Strong Mum Crew for a flow class suitable for all levels and stages of motherhood.
Connect with your crew and ground yourself in nature. These sessions take place where we can be inspired and change according to the weather and tide times, predominantly in the Spring and Summer. Watch this space for info.

Once a month during the warmer seasons, we host a HIIT & Brunch Club on a Sunday morning. These sessions are focused on High intensity resistance training, where we use short, intense periods of resistance training (performed with a lot of effort and focus) followed by recovery time.
Afterwards we head to a local coffee spot to chat with other mums and mum's to be. We are on hand to answer any questions around pre and post natal fitness and wellbeing.

Looking for a private session just for you? We offer one-on-one personal training sessions that are completely focused on you.
This can be a one-off session or as much as you want to work together.
We begin with a detailed questionnaire and meet-up to help us understand your journey so far, your motivations and goals.
Each session will be crafted and adapted to your needs on the day.

Have a mum friend who has a child the same age? Buddy up so you both get a workout and both get childcare in one session!
A very popular choice for two or more mums who want to get a decent workout, the sessions can be tailored to both of your needs, with ongoing support and programming on a 1 on 1 basis.

If you like to wear your baby in a sling, please feel free to do so in all sessions- everything has been adapted to support you in every stage of your and your babys' journey.
I do ask that you follow NHS guidelines for sling wearing. If you have any questions about that, please just ask me!
If you don't think a class with your children or PT session at my home gym with your children quite fits your needs, I also do sessions accompanying you to your gym of choice.
I can also come along as a confidence booster to show you where to start, build a programme for you and give you something to aim for.

You don't need to take the classes concurrently, and can come along as often can or as infrequently as you like!
