- We are here to have fun. Don’t stress if you don’t feel like you’ve had much of a workout today because the baby was fussing or your toddler didn’t want to play by themselves. You’ll have had more of a workout than you think chasing after their needs!
- This is a judgement free zone. Please don’t feel like anyone is looking at you if your little one is crying/ unsettled. We’ve all been there and so far I’ve seen some of the kindest actions from a group of mums working together. This is a safe space.
- Do what works for you on the day- baby in pushchair, car seat, laying on a mat, being carried in a sling, or a combination of all those things! The hall is big so bring all the equipment you want and see what works for you (and little one) on the day.
- There is no age limit for little ones- we have children from 6 weeks up to 10 years. Nothing should stop you carving out a bit of time for yourself, and the older ones do love joining in the exercises!
- And finally, let’s have fun and do what we came to do- have some time for us to better our mental health. You will never meet such a supportive group of people, and between us we have experienced most things!
I accept cash on the day, bank transfers and payment via card or Apple Pay / Google Pay at classes and PT sessions.
